These are the pictures of the Bucker "Jungmiester" BU133 being built for one of our radial engines.
The flying features of this airplane and its stability are very well known.
We have deemed therefore to power it with a high performance engine. The plane wingspan is 2,30mt and 1,97mt length, it a 1:3 scale.The expected overall weight is 15Kg with a wingload of 110gr/sq.dm, well below the capacity of the engine. The engine shall be used a 3/4th of its power so not to hang over or wear out the plane. The real plane was also overpowered and therefore the ratio seems correct. There are still some parts to be made and a finishing to enhance this beautiful biplane. This section will be constantly updated with new pictures and videoclips.

The main frame is made with a conventional pylos structure and part made of metal, like the full scale.
As matter of fact the front was made of aluminium panels.
The motor mount is in steel tubes as the original one.
This reproduction will not have engine cowl so the engine can be displayed.
The landing gear is shock absorbed same as the full scale.
In the beginning was made fix with very soft rubber sponge wheels, but flying was very contract
while the full scale would extend giving the plane a distinctive look.
The interior was made so to look as much as possible like the full scale, but many details are still missing along with the final aging of the interior and exterior.
The cockpit and the instruments are all handmade, including the serigraphy and are all backlit.
The pedals set is like the first version and move along with the rudder. Controls, pedal and seat are removable. Servos and battery are located behind
the seat while the fuel thank , the glow electronic ignition and the li-po battery are in the front.
The engine servo is located in the engine trunk and can be accessed from the outside.
